Atkins Search is delighted to announce that Olivia Hartley has been promoted to Principal Consultant. 

Olivia Hartley joined Atkins Search in July 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant and specialises in placing Construction professionals into reputable consultancies across Yorkshire. 

Since joining the business, Olivia has gone from strength to strength. She consistently lives and breathes the values of Atkins Search, contributes to the wider success of the business, and has built strong, trusted partnerships with some of the region’s leading organisations and candidates. 

Commenting on her promotion, Olivia said: 

“4 and a half years ago, I never imagined I would be achieving anywhere near as much as I am today, both personally and professionally. Being promoted to Principal Recruitment Consultant for our Yorkshire region is a huge milestone in my career and I’m incredibly grateful for all the support and guidance I’ve received to get to this point. 

Being surrounded by an amazing team with consistent growth, learning and many of laughs, plays a huge part in how we progress as a business. I will always be thankful to Laura and Ant for believing in me, guiding me and pushing me to reach limits I never knew I was capable of – so thank you both SO much!”
