Atkins Search is proud to announce that Nicole Broughton has been promoted to Managing Consultant after a really successful 3 and a half years with us here at Atkins Search!
In July, we proudly announced that Nicole had been awarded our Q1 Employee of the Quarter in recognition of her dedication and drive. She consistently delivers outstanding results with us and in the Construction Consultancy sector throughout the Midlands.
We were then delighted to announce Nicole’s very well-earned promotion from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Managing Consultant.
We asked Nicole how she felt about her achievement –
“I’m incredibly proud to have been promoted to Management Consultant for the Consultancy Midlands Region, and I’m truly honoured to have also been named Employee of the Quarter.
Over the past 3.5 years at Atkins Search, I’ve experienced more growth, learning, and opportunity than I ever imagined. I’ve been lucky to work in a business where the culture is second to none; naturally collaborative, empowering, and genuinely supportive. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to drive your own success and shape your own future and that’s exactly what’s made this journey so special.
A sincere thank you to Laura and Antony for your continued support, guidance, and belief in me. It’s meant a great deal and made a real difference.
