Meet the Atkins Search Construction Team!

Our Construction Team has been in operation for over 8 years at Atkins Search and we thought it’s about time to introduce the faces you speak to on a daily basis!

Jade Stevenson and Ashleigh Curwood operate within our Construction Team, both Jade and Ashleigh specialise in placing Construction professionals into a wide range of Construction Main Contractors.

Our dedicated team focus on Commercial, Pre-Construction, Operational, Design and Technical appointments, ranging from Trainee, Assistant, Intermediate, Senior, Management and Director level across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

We took some time to speak with Jade and Ashleigh to find out a bit more about them and their roles…

How do you achieve success in your role?

“For me, enjoying what you do is number one – it’s easy to put time, energy and dedication into your role when you are genuinely passionate about your career. Secondly, having clear goals keeps me focussed, whether that be career or personal – the satisfaction of achieving these goals keeps me motivated in my role. Thirdly, environment – operating in an environment that is genuinely supportive and want to see you achieve is probably the most important key to success. Working with like-minded individuals who also want to be successful and achieving goals as a team makes the whole journey enjoyable!” – Jade

What do you love most about what you do?

“The aspect of my job that I love the most is building relationships with my clients and candidates. I regularly catch up with clients and candidates regarding employment and sometimes even to have a general “chin wag”! By doing this, I can identify everyone’s needs and requirements to ensure the best outcome of construction professionals obtaining their dream roles which is also another aspect of my job I love!” – Ashleigh
